Faceless AI video was everywhere in early 2025, so I ran two accounts across six channels to see whether the format actually worked. Pick Your Potion Realm took the fantasy and magic niche, Much Ado About Choosing took Shakespeare and dark academia. Both ran a pick-one format: a question and a set of options.
Stills came from Flux Schnell, video from Hailuo and Runway on Replicate, and everything was cut in Final Cut Pro. 25 shorts went out over two months.
The result: the best performers passed 2K views each, and subscribers mainly grew on insta to a couple hundred.
