Troubleshooting
Extension not working?
- • Make sure the extension is enabled in Chrome
- • Refresh the page after installing
- • Check that times are formatted with timezone abbreviations (e.g., "2:30 PM EST")
Tooltip not showing?
- • Try hovering more slowly over the time
- • Make sure your browser allows the extension to run on the current site
- • Some sites may block extension functionality
Wrong timezone conversion?
- • Check your computer's timezone settings
- • Make sure the original time includes the correct timezone abbreviation
- • VPNs don't affect conversions - the extension uses your system timezone, not network location
- • Report any consistent errors using the contact form below
